At the age of 13, I set my very first long term goal to be a lawyer. That vision took 13 years to achieve - from the 4 years of high school, 4 years of study at USC, 2 years on a corporate career detour with the Department of Defense, and 3 years of law school. But, I did it! I majored in Communications, Arts & Science at the University of Southern California and earned a Juris Doctor from Western State University in Fullerton, CA. 

I am a daughter, sister, friend, mother, aunt, and mentor. I have a confession - I love tax liens! It's true! Recently, I discovered another truth about myself. I love to help others invest in tax liens and deeds, too. The idea of putting my money to work 24/7 in a low risk investment vehicle with high ROI above 8% makes me smile. You can do the same, just create and follow your custom successful formula. Motivational Speaker Zig Ziglar said "You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want. If you want to achieve your goals, help others achieve theirs." I know the peaks and valleys associated with real estate investing. My parents introduced me to real estate 30 years ago. I started in investing after law school and became a full time investor in 2003. After the real estate tsunami of 2008, I helped hundreds of families through HAMP stay in their homes. In 2013, I started looking for low risk investments. I found tax liens offered many benefits and rewards. In 2018, I co-founded Real Estate Diva's and in 2019, I started Real Estate InvestHER Network to overcome the wage gap by growing their wealth by becoming savvy investors aka working smarter, not harder.   

Creating wealth and money mastery is another interest that I developed over the years. I love investing and sharing information about estate planning. My favorite vehicle for building wealth is real estate investing especially tax lien and tax deed investing. So I developed tax lien mastermind and tax lien concierge services in 2019.

I am passionate about finding the elusive work-life balance. In 2020, when my parents called me to help with a health crisis my priorities shifted. I paused my business and implemented a plan to make their finals months as comfortable as possible. From that experience, I am became the conscious caregiver and a comfort to friends and cousins answering the call. There are many ways to answer the call so I created a small group discussion to be a resource.
